Posting walk details and who to contact..............

If you are proposing to organise a walk, these are the steps to follow:

1. Check with Ynyr (for both Thursday and Sunday walks) that your proposed date is available.  When you have agreed the date with Ynyr, you can then reserve the date (even if you don’t yet have full details). Let Rob know and the reserved date will then be posted on the website.

2. When you know the full walk details, email them to Barbara with a copy to walk coordinators. It will then be posted on the Ramblers Website and our own Sutton Ramblers website.

3. Please keep travel directions as concise as possible.  For example, there is no need to give directions to the motorway. 

4. Send photos to Rob Halley (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for inclusion in the website. If possible include number on the walk as well.

5. The ideal would be for someone on the walk to record the GPX data. Please send to Rob. That will provide the walk route which may be useful for walk planning.
