All Sutton Coldfield Ramblers are asked to have an up-to-date ICE (In case of emergency) card. You can print the ICE card yourself, or it may be possible to get one from the walk leader before the walk. Please carry it in your rucksack or day pack.

In an emergency the walk leader may need to know whom to contact. It can also be helpful to emergency services to know of any relevant medical conditions.
